strange combo of mods, so it would be kinda hard to sell (req 10, smite, and improves necros). i would upgrade the shelter to something, though. Fortitude, maybe? Then it would get +45 hp =P

its actually a mesmer not necro
you can actually find mo/mes but i dont know about smitting mesmers
